Returns & Refund Policy
At LuxRoyale Coffee, every order is freshly packed to ensure the highest quality. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect when it arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxroyalecoffee.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Change of Mind
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the order has been dispatched.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
