  • Cafetiere Brewing (Ground Coffee)
  • Use fresh water. Boil the kettle and let it cool for 30 seconds
  • Add Coffee.  Use 1 tablespoon (15g) of coffee per 250ml cup. For a standard 3-cup cafetiere: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Pour & Stir. Pour hot water over the grounds and give one gentle stir
  • Brew time. Let it steep for 4 minutes
  • Press slowly.  Push the plunger down gently to avoid bitterness
  • Serve Immediately. Don't leave the coffee sitting on the grounds - it over-extracts

  • Pour-over: Medium Grind
  • Espresso machine: Fine grind

  • Keep your coffee luxurious and fresh:
  • Store in an airtight container once opened
  • Keep away from light, heat & moisture
  • Never store in the fridge (humidity ruins flavour)
  • Use within 4-6 weeks for optimal quality
  • For whole beans: grind as you go for best freshness
