- Cafetiere Brewing (Ground Coffee)

Use fresh water. Boil the kettle and let it cool for 30 seconds

Add Coffee. Use 1 tablespoon (15g) of coffee per 250ml cup. For a standard 3-cup cafetiere: 2-3 tablespoons

Pour & Stir. Pour hot water over the grounds and give one gentle stir

Brew time. Let it steep for 4 minutes

Press slowly. Push the plunger down gently to avoid bitterness

Serve Immediately. Don't leave the coffee sitting on the grounds - it over-extracts
